Has anyone installed these on a 08 R3T? if so, what model and what did you do about the weights? keep them or refit? and how?

In order of questions - yes, search the forum, search the forum.

I know there are posts here about all of this, including the end weights - there have been people who have modded the iso-grips so they could retain the stock bar-ends. Of course, Kuryakyn has specific bar-ends that fit the Iso-grips that you attach to the grip rather than the bars.

I never bothered with bar end weights with the ISO grips and can't say I noticed any difference in vibration at all. As the Touring has rubber mounted bars, I imagine it would matter even less.
