Hi follks

I've finally decided on a new bike after 3 years of trying all sorts to find THE bike that hit the spot. Guess what, it turns out it's a Roadster! Had a couple of test rides in the last 2 weeks , in near freezing conditions, but that didn't matter as the grin factor took over. You folks know a lot about The Rocket, so I'm looking forward to hearing more stories of the beast!
I'm still keeping my 955 Sprint ST and my old faithful Harley Sportster 1200, but the Roadster is something else altogether!!!!

Deposit's paid, delivery is promised for the end of March so I hope the snow's gone by then. But it won't matter......

Hi och2pot...it looks like march is going to be a long month. congrats in anticipation.

Fantastic purchase, you will not regret it at all, trust me...

Nice buy och ma man, get the pictures posted as soon as you get the big beastie.
Scotland is a big place:p what part are you from?

Yes, whereabouts? I paid my 2nd visit to Scotland only 4 years ago, a Londoner that has visited 43 countries but never Scotland, apart from the Jim Clark memorial in Black Adder country a long whiles back - went to Edinburgh for the first time for 3 days and had a great time, friendly folk and all the history you could wish for :O)

Congrats on getting a Roadster. Remember we would appreciate a very in depth review of it. I hope you have some straight ways up there to open her up on.
