Way i heard...it wont be till 2019.
If they DONT be forthcoming with a Rocket, they will surely lose guys and Girls who like to ride big cruisers to Indian and Harley.
Riders, as we all know, dont stay young and reckless forever and as they (we) grow older needs and likes change. Triumph know this.
If they lose them, they dont be comin back!

Not really but never settled for second best or the run of the mill. Don't care to much for white or red stripes either. Last number I polished was about 21 years old. She liked my bike.:roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll: IMG_0550.JPG Gee place that in your pipe and smoke it. 45,000 miles and running strong along with it's 60 year old rider. :p:p:p:p:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool: Lets see your pic of your bike? Very proud of No. 47.

I'm sure she did
I can see you're very proud of your bike, you're not alone there I happen to like mine as well. It would be a bit strange to buy a bike and then slag off on how it looks.... Maybe that big grind mark down your bike has caused some glare and made it a bit hard to see that aside from the Touring they're all essentially the same. What I was saying in my original post is the X is just pretty stuff. For a special or anniversary edition I would like to see the 500 bikes with something of substance as an extra - derestricted obviously, a touch more compression maybe, different cams and maybe a factory header. Not hard to do at the factory surely and would actually be something truly unique.
My bike is on here somewhere I'm sure, BTW you didn't have to tell me you're 60, the word "Gee" and telling me to stuff my pipe and smoke was a bit of a giveaway ;)

Come on now, you is just pulling my plonker! Rumours abound regarding a new Rocket. If this is 'true', will it be a statement backed up by 'alternative facts' when a new twin cylinder Bonneville model is announced?? :whitstling::whitstling::D:D;);)

Well, I will believe it when I see it. BUT if it does my wife's going to be really, really vexed with yours truly.:D:D:D

I would be on that like a chicken on a cricket.
