Is anyone else feeling the breath of AUSTRAC on their neck or have I bought something off a terrorist or criminal?

I tried to re-charge my Pay as you Go Aldi mobile account linked to my paypal and the paypal payment was blocked. when i went to paypal and logged in my account was blocked and I was required to complete: "Questions for politically exposed people"​

So I did answer the one question and it will now be assessed and my account may be re-opened within 2 days.
Afterwards I Goggled the term and found it was the Australian Federal Govt AUSTRAC the Top Secret illegal/terrorist/organised crime money tracking authority.
