Looks like production silencers and no catalyst.

You have footboards but slash cut look exhaust tips and 2300cc on the side badge.
Out of curiosity, would you have a photo of the bike side on? (trying to see if it has two tone paint and pulled back handlebars)

The paint is just jet black and not sure if the handlebars are standard or not, no receipt for bars

Looks like a Rocket III (i.e. not Rocket III Classic) but with footboards. Hard to call.
What made you think it was a Classic Tourer, is it written somewhere?

If just Rocket III then it looks like the closest (dependable) canned tune will be 20227 - if you wish to load it so you at least know what map you have;

20227
Rocket III
Production silencer
Full power
without catalyst
Fuel up to E10
Minimum 95 RON (89 RON/MON) fuel

But still, with the triple K&Ns too, I wouldn't be comfortable with a canned map, I would like to get AFR read on a dyno.
Unless you have another surprise, like it having a power commander with autotune!

As far as I'm aware it doesnt have a power commander. As for the bike, when I was trying to figure which model it was I went for tourer as it had the bags but after research on here I dropped that idea and thought it's simply the classic. I'll give the above map a go and see what happens. Thanks for all your help, your a credit to the forum

It can be hard to tell which model it is exactly when previous owner has changed things on it.
But here is some info which helps distinguish Next Rocket model

Looking forward to your throttle balance numbers and what your TPS and ISC voltages are like, as found.

It's late on this side of pond, I've just put map on it and currently doing its 12min tune. I'll take the readings tomorrow and post

If silicone hoses is soft they may collapse and cause trouble also might blow off easier when/if it backfires.

Ok so before checking tps and iscv took it out for a run and still running like a bag of nuts and stalled a couple of times on idle. Got it home and the readings were tps 0.562 and iscv .733 after adjustment. Are they enough out to cause issues? Currently at .601 and .723 respectively. I'm doing 12 min tune and idle is currently up and down, is that normal for tune
