I want to install these handguards, would they fit the Rocket III?

Practical by the looks of it, not keen to make my R3 look like a scooter though..........

I like them though. I don't have hand warmers like I did on my now sold ST1300 so it would be nice to keep being able to ride with out my fingers freezing to death.

I use Acerbis DUAL-ROAD guards. If you have standard bars you will have to make some form of adapter plate or pack it out with washers. The R3 bars have an M6 bolt - The Acerbis use an M8 bolt. So you'll need a reducer tube too.

My bars have M8 threads in - deliberately. Why because you're going to have to REALLY tighten them down or the bolts will loosen. Actually a bit of silicone or something may well be required.

I removed my bar end weights last week to install the Kuryakyn Iso Grips... Haven't noticed any extra vibration either

I do live in Houston though and 90% of our roads are pretty close to smooth as glass.

I've run Duel-Roads for 9 years on my K1200R, and love em'. I've been vacillating on a set for my Rocket but wonder about the pricey Kaoka Cruise-control already installed.

Bar end weights are intended to suppress vibration and 'tingles'. If you want to consider other options just look at the literally 1000's of variations on the theme for archery bows to reduce bow limb vibration and string slap. Sand, rubber, hydraulic, steel, plastic, stick on, screw on, 1/2" to 4 foot long. There are more rubber versions alone than you would ever see in an Adult sex toy shop.

Many aftermarket grips serve the same function with Gel, air, foam or rubber dampers in the grips

The Rockets don't vibrate that badly, so it's less of an issue than with some other bikes. But, for people who already have marginal hands, they'll help, as every bit counts. Bar-ends primarily deal with high frequency vibration, not the big shakes you can really feel.

For the Isogrips, though, you can get Isogrip specific bar ends. Which I would personally do, because I like how bar-ends look as well.

Personally I'm considering getting some Barkbusters Blizzard hand guards. They're for warmth rather than anything else. Might be really nice on long runs if it gets chilly, and seem easy enough to put on and take off at need.
