MY2014 R3 Roadster
First picture, found this clipped on the frame under right side of tank can anyone identify it and tell me what its for please, still fairly new to the R3 and learning what everything is for.
Second and third picture, on the frame behind throttle bodies, this one looks to be an adapter plug for charging??

Its the prop rod for when you lift the tank up. it clips on the side coil bracket. The other picture does not load but I am guessing your talking the Triumph power socket in the left infill panel right at the back of the oil tank and before the side cover.

First pic is for propping up the fuel tank as Warp says, and the other yellow thing is used to measure stuff lol:whitstling::whitstling::whitstling:
the second and third pic shows the accessory power outlet.

haha very good, only problem is that when I let go of one end of the yellow thing it shoots up inside itself then I have to pull it back out again and its got all sorts of numbers on it ????????????? a tank prop!! well thats new never seen one before and the power outlet? I thought it may be for charging the bike battery, but it seems as its a power supply for phones, Ipod etc.. Is it a standard item or aftermarket? it seems like a few R3'S have them according to the replies

It's wired direct to battery and will work for charging bike or powering accessories. It is not a standard cigerate lighter socket but DIN ( or Powerlet) standard.

At the front of your Fuel tank, by the gauges, is a bolt which holds the tank down. Carefully remove and watch how everything goes back together. The tank will then swing up hinged at the rear where your nuts are when sitting on the bike. One end of the stand goes in that hole and of course the other goes in the tank end acting like a bonnet stand on a car. When you put the stand back in its travel position, make sure you fit it the correct way around...cheers.

OH, mate, I guess you stepped right in it, download a Manuel, it’s full of all sorts of information. You just reminded me that the only silly question is the one that wasn’t asked. Ride well and just enjoy getting to know a Rocket.
