Help 2008 r3 touring not starting

Hi all you rocketeers I'm back, so I haven't gotten a bike back, but he went through the valves, all were right on. changed the fuel filter and while changing the fuel filter he broke the bolt on the tank so I had to get a new used tank for $575. Plus more parts. It's over $2,000 already and still being worked on, I have to pay him for the valve check and installing the ram air filter so far he said he'll install the tank for free oh goody, oh how I wish I replaced the injectors myself, guess I'll try putting a can of barium down the throttle body for number two to loosen up anything that may be holding that valve down slightly and add some to the fuel, maybe some sticky rings from running rich that's causing the low compression in #2 afraid to ask him to do anything more, my pockets are getting deeper but my arms are getting shorter. supposed to have the rest of the parts Monday hopefully Tuesday he can work on it and I can have the bike by Tuesday or Wednesday. The good news is I may be getting a truck that's 12 years old and about 150,000 miles for close to nothing from my daughter. stay tuned hopefully next week I can come back with some good news. Hi rocketeers got my rocket back today running a little better I guess that's because of Ram air filter more air leaner fuel mixture, new plugs, but the low compression is still there, keeping me awake at night, will look into it more in the future. Haven't figured out cost yet so far. Think I'm going to do barium or sea foam into the throttle body on a hot motor to try to clear the carbon. Probably should do a leak down test. Glad it's back
 
Hi rocketeers. I picked up some CRC intake valve cleaner and some Berryman fuel treatment B12. Put the Berryman and tank as directed. Sprayed most of the CRC throttle body 2 the rest in one and three. As directed let's sit for an hour throw it at 60 miles an hour and second gear sud highway speeds but I was in Key West so slow no highways for a half hour on my way back stopped at a light didn't seem to idle very good popped out of the throttle body so I reved it up real high a few times quickly, throttle response got better and seemed to idle better now I'm going to set the stepper motor TPS primary and secondary. Total cost so far $2,750 not counting the original $50 for the guy to break my fuel injectors that I sent out for service , some place in Maryland. I'll get back after I do another compression test to tell you if it actually did something.
 
It's still backfiring out of the 1 throttle body, just 1 backfire when I give it a fast twist from idle I think, haven't tried to reproduce it on the road, I'm leaning towards what I think atomsplitter said in the beginning, crankshaft position sensor, but it's not throwing any codes, I'm thinking ignition timing is just misfiring once in a while before the valve gets completely closed, I've looked in the parts dialog online and don't see a camshaft position sensor? Is there one? can someone please tell me how or what sensors are involved in ignition timing on a 2008 Triumph R3T. Thanks much appreciated, it's not all the time, just annoying when it does (popping) hoping it doesn't mess something else up, I'm gonna take the cam sensor out and clean it and the connections up like atom suggests, and maybe check the coil primary connections, again, did it about 10k miles ago. Doing all this cause I wanted to check everything out and hoping it's not a burnt valve or something wrong with the rings ie: broken, stuck, scored cylinder. Not burning oil, but a little low compression in one cylinder has got me worried, I have to ask the mechanic that had it if he did a leak down test, he found the low compression, next he should have done a leak down test would tell us a lot, I'll text him see if he can do it, definitely I'll do it before I start buying more sensors. Could be a head gasket. But I see no signs anywhere, outside is dry, nothing coming out the cooling overflow, no steam, no sign on plugs, nothing coming out the exhaust steam or smoke white or black, clear as the air going in. P.S. My new RamAir filter was shipped without oil, they do require oil right? I ordered some and cleaner the other day.

The crank angle sensor is under the engine and held in by one bolt if memory serves. It has an O-ring to seal it. It can get oily and less sensitive. Look around your sump plate for something with a wire coming out of it, remove the retaining bolt, pull the sensor out, wipe it clean, reinstall and see if that affects the engine performance.
 
I’ve tried to read, but i dont think ive seen a picture of the throttle body balance or seen those numbers. Im assuming after 2700 that this has been verified. Tell me oh yeah there perfect 600 600 600 example.
 
After 2700 bucks youd think a mechanic would want to see that. But you have to ask unbelievable
 
Are you saying after 2700 mechanic didnt know pressure in each hole?
