I still like good ol' incandescent photons and lots of 'em, so on most cages I've owned, and bikes (including my '14 Touring) I've installed bypass relays in order to host extra-legal headlights. So have I done on the Touring with the Eastern Beaver 50A fuse box, and with some sense of security, I have run headlight (with a 130/90W bulb), soon-to-be-uprated driving lights, heated grips, cruise control, aux outlets for heated clothing, and Zumo navigator to the EB fuse box - and feel better riding knowing those electrons are well away from the ignition switch, which I hope is happy as a clam.
