Well - here I sit - patiently waiting for Mrs B to return from hurriedly returning her mother to her own home.

'tis a lovely day out (sunny and a good 10°C) so I shall be "airing" the R3 a bit later.

The Guzzi sadly misses out on a NY run, as the charging system is shot . 40 year old parts wear out.
Time for an upgrade. Nice big modern 410W alternator with series reg/rect specifically designed to work with A123 LiFePO4 batteries.
Debated electronic ignition with new coils etc and a full rewire too - ---------------- - N'ah!.
But a new battery might be in order.
