The OP asked what fuel filter to use instead of the extremely over priced OEM. The best filter to replace with is the Mahle KL 145. It is the Triumph filter without the $40 extra Triumph paint job. Don't cheap out with "will fit" cheapo filters like the Wix. The KL 145 is the correct filter to replace the OEM.

Yes but buy the wix use the hoses and clamps that come with it. throw the wix filter out and use the mahle, still cheaper than buying and cutting submersible hose and clamps.
