If anyone is interested in fitting a steering damper to the Rocket 3R Trike, here are the pictures of the one we fitted. We had to fabricate the mounting bracket that fits on the cam box and the bracket that fits to the front fork. I originally had a bracket that fitted to two screws holding down the cam box but this was a mistake as they worked loose. Fortunately spotted before we had to helicoil the screw holes. You have to fabricate tophat spacers to replace the screws that hold the cambox. These spacers have a triumph seal on the shoulder with a washer(see parts book) The spacers are drilled out to 6.5mm to take the 6mm x 50mm screw used to hold the bracket down. On the top of each screw you can use a Dowty bonded washer to prevent oil leaking up the screw. Use loctite 243 on the screws. The tophat spacer is made to the dimensions of the screw it replaces. We made them out of aluminium though you could just drill out the original screws to 6.5mm.
