New tires are here, think I'll try to do them myself with the ty wrap method.

@Jag,if you can keep the tires inside yóur house they will be easier to mount .I get the 24" ty-wraps from harbor freight .

Update, got her all back together. Went with Michelin commander ll tires front and back. Installed Ride On tire sealant/balance. Tires are well made. Put 75 miles on today, and with the smaller tire up front it does make a big different in the feel and handling of the bike. The bike seems to react quicker to driver input and the ride quality is better. We will see after some more miles. Maybe it's all in my head, new tires always feel great. Time will tell!
