Does anyone else have this Shorty exhaust?

a confusable Yank

The Yanks would definitely be confused (at least this one anyway). I am going to give you an example of how easily I am confused when it comes to driving in strange lands. On my first driving visit to the U.K., a long while back, I was very impressed to see the road signs pointing out the scenic views of the country. I though how nice it was that signs with cameras were put up next to the road to point out the most beautiful spots for the tourists. After a few hours of driving I remarked to my wife that I did not see why England & Scotland thought so much of some of these spots in the road to put up the tourist camera sign as most of them were nothing special. She thought I was kidding and didn't bother to point out to me how stupid I was. A while later that day I came up on a camera sign that actually had a smaller sign below it that said Speed Camera or something similar. Up until that point I had never seen or heard of a Speed Camera. True story from a true moron. Three weeks after returning to the States I received a nice letter from the Tourist Board thanking me for visiting their country (yep, a speeding ticket charge forwarded to me by my rental car company). I'm very surprised I only got one ticket.

Wow this started off as an "Exhaust" thread and quickly became very entertaining, that is a cool looking exhaust set up,no use to me as I have this turbo thinghy in the way . Fixin to make a new header system though and just wondered if anyone has a recomendation on where to buy stainless steel tubing for such a project.
On a somewhat related topic...."doh" on the speed cameras,I knew what they where and I still got a ticket !!! Hope that makes you feel a bit less...... foolish ? Don't see them catchin on in Oklahoma, I think (know) they'd become targets.
Oh and you can keep yer Guiness I'll keep drinkin the "Old Peculier".... yes I know that leaves me wide open, but if you drink it you know

own personal Holy Grail

Ireland instead of Scotland? Even better. Dublin is my most absolute favorite city in the world and home of my own personal Holy Grail.

Got a bit of a shock seeing that pic on this site !!! St.James's Gate Brewery is 10 minutes from my house here in Dublin.

I'm also looking at these now, of the few that I've researched, I think shorty had the best sound and best look exposing the rear wheel not sure what the stats are like on performance.
