I didn't listen to the soundtrack so don't know what the 'victim' had to say but ... the bloke in the black ute was seriously pissedoff .. something had happened to get him that wild. Physcos as a rule don't drive late model twin cabs !! personaly i'd rather be shot in the head that beaten to death with a tyre leaver or a similar crude (easily available) weapon.... did you notice the newsreader ... her names Naomi

The victim is a retired police officer so I figured there might be a bit of history that wasn't deemed newsworthy.Hard to beleive an individual could get that aggitated over getting cut of or the ute you are following driving to slow. Who has a camera running on their dash all the time just incase they piss a nutter of? Ahh Naomi.

You have a point there ,he could have been an ex cop missing the high he might have gotten doing certain types of work and created his own. May be may be not

No such thing as a 'retired' copper in my book ... the video shows perhaps others share that view. He may have thought his life in 'the force' was finished with.... maybe others had 'unfinished buisness' with this character. Like you said Bruce who the f#ck drives around with a cop-car dash mounted video camera setup in a private vehicle.
