copying ecu tune to PCV

PCV + AT or a Dobeck with its AFR plus or just about any add on is only going to get the fuelling as good as it can but and I have said it before Nothing is going to replace a GOOD Dyno Operator the likes of Neville or Wayne because they also have the knowledge to tune each cylinder and the ignition curves as well :)

A Tune

Auto tune is better than guess tune or mate bike tune as ( if the parameters are set well) it is at least fairly safe. I have found with S&S VFI, Thunder max, Smart-tune, PC V A Tune that I can do a better job. Wayne has obviously found the same. Another point is that the WB O2 sensors provided with the auto tune kits are the same as what one can buy for about $68 A each on the web. Same as what is provided in an LC-! kit or similar. The ones I use in my dyno set up cost nearly $300A each. There is a reason for that. Last Friday I just tuned another Roadster with a Reband exhaust. A shorty style muffler, basically the same but the muffler finishes about 6 " earlier. Got 167hp from an otherwise stock bike. Pipes and air filters, pump fuel. When I have a chance I will put up the graph. As a matter of interest I removed the air filters and ran it open with the stock stacks and it did touch 170, that was done purely for a comparison, as we always run filters.
