When you are no where near a Triumph dealer and need a splash of coolant, what brand are you guys using?
I dropped by an Autozone store to see if they had any motorcycle coolant, not. Anyhow the manual states the 50/50 glycol mixture (green). I guestioned the counter guy about using the old green Prestone and he said no, it is not recommended for aluminum engines. They had other Autozone stuff, blue, that was but I was always told not to mix colors. Kind of like doing the laundry
4,585 miles so far on our trip. We are in Mammoth Lakes, CA headed for Pacifica, CA tomorrow, Reno, Boise, Cody, Gillette, then 5 days recuperating
