competition for Rocket 3??

If I had to chose Rune or Rocket, it would be the Rocket .The Rune takes too much polishin and the Rocket has that kick in the ass brutal power we all love. I think they that both are great lookin bikes .

There is no competition as far as I'm concerned. The VMax and Diavel are no way, shape or form a cruiser. Too much like a stretched sport bike. That leaves the Victory Hammer, HD Nightrod, Yamaha Raider SCL, Suzuki M109, Honda Valkrie as Muscle Cruiser competition. Sorry I don't think any of those bikes offer what the Rocket III Roadster does.

Amen to that though I nearly did buy the Hammer. Loved the looks but needed more grunt.

AND the great thing about the Rocket is you can deristrict it change the exhaust and intake and gain 50 more HP and lose 50 lb or do some engine mods and more than double the HP lose 50+ ponds and still run 87 octane pump gas

YEP I tested the hammer and the new VAlk they are way down on grunt compared to the ROCKET

My "eye" (aka opinion of form appearance, for @Blackthou) finds the Rocket strong and powerful looking - NOT ugly!
But then, I do not find the Rune or Edsel ugly either.

I AGREE BULL they look realy good with a 3 into 1 exhaust

You guys must be smoking crack, the valk is a beautiful looking bike old and new not like the steve Wonder designed Rocket, the biggest mistake Honda ever made was discontinuing the Valk in the first place.[/QUOTE =OK RAY CHARLES the VALK is fugly looks like a big scooter and its a pig I tested one and its no match for the ROCKET
