I was looking to buy them as I had just recently contacted Sam but unfortunately they are a bit more than I can afford, Dennis if you get in touch with Sam he may make you a set but you may have to do a lot of crawling as I know he is not keen to make more, I can testified that this flanges are good as Sam made mine a also Mitch's using them they fit into the head recesses perfectly
