Clutch shaft oil leak

2006 Rocket 3, 2015 Victory Cross Country
Castrol Power 1 5w-40 Mobil 1 M1-110 oil filter. When I shift at 3000-4500 rpm it will stay dry but if I run the motor up to 6000-6500 rpm I get this, oil coming out of the shifter shaft. Bad seal? To much pressure building up? 4000 miles on the oil change and it didn't do this before.

Shifter shaft? I am confused, it is my usual condition......not your fault, trust me. Do you mean the shift lever shaft/ linkage where it goes into the engine/transmission case? How is leakage there getting blown forward to the front of your cases? Can you post a picture of your "shifter shaft"? Thanks.

PS: I have seen the identical oily spots on my bike at that same location and it was caused by a loose coolant system hose clamp directly above where the coolant hose goes into the block.....what is that called....the thermostat housing/hose, left side in front of oil tank.

PSS: Oh, maybe you are calling the clutch actuating arm, that you have pictured, as the shift shaft? Is your leakage coming from there?

No worries, hopefully someone knows how to fix it if that is where the leak is. Did you put a screwdriver and/or nut driver to the hose clamps at the thermostat housing hoses to be sure it is not loose and dripping coolant from there?

It's oil for sure.
 
I just checked the oil hot and it's above the top full line, I drained some out so it's even with the top full line hot.
I'll see if that mattered.
 
Replaced the seal and WaaLaa no more oil leak. I fully warmed it and ran it to redline a few times and it's fixed.

@warp9.9 seems the problem wasn't crankcase pressure it was the seal had deteriorated in the center. If you look at the photos the seal area the tiny spring is supposed to wrap around isn't even there anymore.

I wrapped the shaft splines with electrical tape and the coated the outside of the tape with white lithium grease. The new seal easily slid down and I used a deep socket to tap it into place.
