Can't give you any detail but I just called Bikebiz in Sydney where Wayne does a lot of work and he was very much alive as of yesterday when he was doing a new map on the dyno for the Thunderbird. Unfortunately I couldn't speak to the service manager as he was in the middle of a dyno.

. I also think that the "technical", "advertising", "promotions", "accounts", "administration", and "marketing" departments consist of one person....Wayne (and sometimes his wife). Even for us Aussies the after sales (and even during sales) support is sadly lacking due to this. I've been lucky in that he uses the same facility where he does most of his work. Every time I've requested a modified map it's been available within a few days. Bloody frustrating for others though.
I'll try to get a bit more detail when I can contact the service manager......no chance of getting Wayne in person
