Anyone have stock touring mufflers, I am in Canada.

My bike has TORS on it but am unsure if it will pass inspection with them (for DB)

This is a necessary step in me getting her registered. The TORS would go right back on after the inspection.

The fact that say "not for road use" is all they need to fail the pipes

Looking at my options to get her through inspection.

Man, you can't imagine how many of these went to landfills, including mine. I've seen them for sale here, but don't recall ever seeing any takers. There should be plenty of them around, so many people changed their pipes.

Get some cobra pipes with lower db baffles and make them work. Will pass and better than tors

Before going to the trouble of trying to find stock pipes I would try to get it inspected with the TORS installed. They aren't that much louder and the stamping that says for off road use only is nearly invisible, even if you know where to look.

I know Quebec was supposed to crack down on after market loud pipes, doubt ours would be noticeable.

I have a set, too. Been sitting in my basement for about 5 years.
As mentioned, try getting inspected with the TORS. I never had trouble passing inspection with mine in the US back when it was required.
Looks like you have plenty closer to you. Hope you can pass as is! Good Luck!!

where are you located, if you are in the Toronto area, take the bike to Rosie Toes, it will pass safety
