Anyone has Cylinder compressor reading from Rocket?

just thinking
if you pulled one spark plug in each of the 3 cylinders and a compression gauge in one and hooked it to a good charger on crank assist that might crank that motor fast enough to disable the decompressors. probably necessary to disconnect fuel or wide open throttle so motor won't start.
or pull the wire on cylinder are checking.
possible to Jimmy the decompressor,? like put a metal piece or something or zip tie the decompressor so it stays open?

I'm sure you could- you'll see once you get to the cams. I'd try @TURBO200R4 suggestion first. They probably disable after after a revolution or two, I would think.

No ones asked, so, what's going on? Why are you concerned with the compression?

I am due timing chain service, so may as well check it as I would be opening a lot of stuff :)

I am looking to find cylinder compression data, as I would to cross check/verify mine against data.

if someone has it, please share
Either 2.3L or 2.5L , either one works
Thanks

Not sure how useful it will be if it's your 3R you're testing, but since you asked;
One of my stock 2.3L engines was 200-210.
The 2.5 STROKER engine was ~175psi with stock cams/timing just increased stroke.
Carpenter 240hp 2.3L engine was also 200-210psi.

When I installed my NLR 200 HP kit, which included hotter cams and 10.5 to 1 J&E pistons. Neville told me I would get best results with static compression of 205 to 215. Unfortunately I cheaped out and did not replace my cylinder jugs with 50,000 miles on them. I had them honed just a little. If I remember correctly, I had 195, 195, and 190 compression. It still dynoed at 199.7 RWHP. So I'm good. Neville said with the 205-215 compression I would have seen somthing about 210 RWHP.
