To answer some of your questions. Yes they are toyos on the back there and they are on momo car rims. It was built by a company called Trike Design over here in South Wales.

Sweet Trike. Looks like the setup would allow you some suspension lean in the curves?

If any lean in the curves (not noticable) then it would be toward the outside of the curve (most disconcerting) as it's the outside wheel that's loaded in the turn.
