I brought home my new KTM 1090 Adventure R and parked next to my beloved Rocket. I was surprised when I looked at the two of them together

how small the Roadster looked.

The 1290 KTMs definitely have presence! If I hand't already fallen in love with a certain V4, the SuperDuke R would be on the very very short list.

Don’t bet a lot on that lol, the 1290 KTMs are animals.

I raced my nephew on his 1290 Super Duke last summer.
He didn't want to go from a stop, so we ran off from 20 mph in 1st.
He got me by about three lengths, was more like 4-5 initially then I gained 1 or so until he quit at a hunsky.
What a nice, super handling monster it is, but also has a nose-bleed seat height.

My other bike is a KLR 650, and for sure an adv bike is way taller and looks wider because of the handle/crash bars. Of course I am a little short on HP with the KLR, I have 42 to be exact. Still fun to rip around on.
