Oh Before everyone starts telling me I am hamfisted, I have been a mechanical fitter for 45 years so I think I know how to do up bolts but not when they are made out of CHEESE.
Quick tip, if you have to drill for easy out, on anything, use (simple to make yourself) a left hand drill bit. Of course run the drill in reverse, and sometimes this will back the stuck part out.

Which is a good thing as look what happened when I was doing it up. You have no idea how my heart sank and how much swearing there was. But I just put a screw extractor in there and it came out it was finger tight!!! Go figure. I won't waste my time buying a lottery ticket this week I have used up all my luck for about 10 years.
Not yet putting it back together slowly. The noise could be coming from the rear tyre which has worn flat and is my first Avon or the chrome Rivco rack that I noticed has started to rub on the rear fender as the rubber pad underneath it has shrunk.
