Cycledelic, Ken!!!

I think the photographer may have been smoking some wacky weed or maybe it's just an old photo ,or a combination of both, that HQ ute was full of cartons after a whip around the crowd ,I cannot believe how clean the Princess was compared to all us grubs ,just a girl thing I suppose!

I'll see your HQ full of Fosters and raise to a HQ full off XXXX and an XD full of XXXX. the photo on the road is the road from Bathurst to the entrance at the end of Conrod Straight. I was on the back of the other ute don't imagine the cops would let you do that now. Had to beat people away with a stick driving through the campground.

This must have been when it was first built. I bolted the original back guard, tail light and plate back on before I rode it much.

Only two wheels but I loved my 1340 Shovel the best sounding Harley of all, I had this Harley before all the HOG Wannabees starting to ride them it is still in my shed , a trip to Perth and Back 8500 Ks by myself never missed a beat, sat on 130 plus most of the way across the Nullabor ,so much for unreliable Shovels mind you it was in July and a lot cooler than summer time.
