2011 Roadster restriction

Are the 2011 models restricted in lower gears and restricted to 120mph? If so is there a quick fix to remove the restrictions?

I have just looked at the standard map that is in my 2012 Roadster and according to TuneECU the topspeed limit is set at 194 (I'm presuming that's kph and if so that's about 140mph which is quite a bot faster than I thought the limit was. Not that I go anywhere near those speeds anyway.
