I have a 06 classic (love it!) but would like to put a fairing on it. The problem as you all know is the two headlight setup and limited aftermarket fairings for the classics. I looked at the corbin; they are nice, but I really don't want to shell out $1800 for a fairing with no electronics. I have been looking at the Tsukayu, but they are only made for the touring model. Has anyone out there converted a classic headlight setup to a touring type to accomodate more generic fairings? I am wondering if I picked up a used headlight assembly from a touring model, if it would bolt on to my classic.

I want to adapt a 08 or 09 Sprint fairing to my 06 or maybe the new Trophy fairing. The sprint will be more aerodynamic at warp speed though so we shall see
