Zard Exhausts

Can anybody give me feedback on the newer 3->1 Zard exhausts with the "snake" headers?

afaik there are two types - one with a sort of pyramidal end pipe and another that looks more conventional.



Would like to know if they change or not performance. They're bloody expensive.

There is a very simple reason - The THUGS I have one will NOT pass the Spanish MoT. The ZARDS are € homologated.
Refitting the original exhausts will require me to alter a mass of other modifications I've done. And I really don't want all that hassle if I can avoid it.

If anybody has a set they want to sell - drop me a line please. It's not a panic thing - I have until August 2014.

Les has had (or has) these if memory serves.

Which set of Zards were they? - fitted? feedback? - I'm really not sure what I'll end up doing - but the Thugs wont pass the MoT. iirc you had a set of Zard Pentas before.

How you getting on with the big bore preds?
PS I have found a spare chrome underslung 5o'clock rear caliper bracket.

I have got the Inox System like your pic with the pyramidical end can but my ones are painted / coated?....It has a removable baffle (which I have of course removed) ....it was far too quiet with it in,The headers are more free flowing than stock so I guess it gives more power?.....I have taken them off now and fitted the Preds......I had the Penta silencers which I liked but I wanted to get rid of the stock headers

How much for your 3into1?, your Penta? - Sell me your children!
