Widowmaker Journey to 200hp, no thats been done. 250hp !

3 questions Kevin.
1) Why are you completely disassembling your engine ?

2) What is that crap on your oil screens ?

3) What changes will Neville be making to your head ?

Fifth gear dawgs been slapping that little fourth gear in the backside, play is probably excessive play at 3rd and 4th gear,

Im not Bill, the crank pistons and balancer are not coming out. :sneaky: Now the crap on the screens i dont know but the lubrication system did its job as everything is checking good. I did just have this engine built last year, the head was decked, Lush racing bits for valve train, pistons, so i really dont know but all bearings look great but are being replaced. As far as Neville Lush head job, i can say lift is big and valves are big and shiny and it is being built for 240hp ( using filters and 93 pump gas, tuner dont like games) to match my pistons i wanted to keep compression where it was and Neville said no problem, 240 is for dependability cross country, track, mile, whatever, im pretty excited about his head job, tuner and i been schooling how we gonna bust that 250 mark though with this piece being made.:p

I took my oil pan off while engine was still in bike. Removed screens and found nothing. Reason for removal prior to pulling engine was if there was debri in the oil pan or screens it would not fall into engine when pulled and rolled over. Did place oil pan back on bikes just to make lifting easier.

im not sure this 3rd 4th gear pair in between 2 circlips would have liked what im fixing to put to it. .020 seems quite wiggly?
