If it's dealer tune, then it will overlean.. the Triumph tunes are lean anyway & you'd get way better results with Tuneboy, never mind the huge acceleration gains from opening the 2ndry throttles, but a smoother more powerful result all round. So the answer is yes... but you won't do yourself any favours, might even loose power if it's too lean.
Thanks I am not sure if I want to go with Tune Boy or PC111 seems like they is way to much time spent trying to make them work I like to ride I work on crapp all the time when I am home I just my bike to start and go .
Basically Tuneboy isn't all that hard to get to work.. once you get your head around what is is, how it works, & just how much it can do.. you'll be like 'how did I live without one?' kinda like a computer
The have had some difficulties recently with the download, due to a site reorganisation & the constant upgrading work; but that seems sorted now. Tuneboy 3.9.9( latest) has fixed my hot start problem ( you can fix the idle over a full range of engine temps now) when the dealers hadn't a clue & still havn't got back to me!!!
All the info you need is here from your friends & fellow captains
As far as I know, no-one has had Tuneboy issues that couldn't be sorted.
