Took it in for add ons. Ticked.

Easiest would be refer to your owner's manual or the shop manual.
Can get a pdf shop manual file from @idk.
There are three drain plugs, remove and drain.
Remove filter (chrome thingy sticking out from right front of engine)
Buy 6 quarts Mobile T4 syn and a new filter.
Do NOT over tighten the drain plugs (snug + a tad more).
Replace new filter (snug + a tad more).

It is my understanding that the crush washers have to be replaced each time you remove the drain plugs...yay or nay?

NAY!
I did order a bunch from Bike Bandit and will use them. Every 10K is quite a spread and I won't need too many. :p

NOT a problemo!!!
We was all funewgys at one time or the other.

They are not expensive at Bike Bandit.

I cheat a little on mine. I turn the bars to the right, and get to the nut with a punch and hammer. I tapped until it turned a quarter turn, and the shaking stopped. That was more than 2 different dealers could figure to do.
Ok im listening :) Is it the upper or lower nut that needs tightening ?

The lower of the two. A quarter turn maybe less was all it took for me. You don't want it over tight. I had to do it again about 6 months later, and it hasn't done it again.
