This is the new one.

We have one Administrator (who happens to own the site) and one Moderator (who tends to be a bit lazy). And then we have a dedicated group of long time, very active members who tend to look out for each other while offering advice to the newer members. My suggestion would be to listen to their advice.

Now, back to that great looking Scrambler....

Thanks Harry. Just now I have 3 great bikes covering all manner of riding. Not a spectacular mix and not my dream fleet, but between the Rocket, Street Triple and Scrambler I have a lot of bases covered. All of them are incredible in their way, but I have to say that I haven't had so much fun on a bike since I rode my first SL70 back around 1970. Hard to explain; you just have to ride a Scrambler to understand. Exhaust mod is a must.

A good friend of mine has a blue and white 2006 that I've ridden a few times. He has a pretty good collection of bikes and I'm just waiting for him to start thinning the herd and I'll snatch up that low mileage '06.

I just bought a 1995 900 Thunderbird (and another near complete bike for parts) from a mate in Brisbane (he's thinning out his collection as well) I've taken my last Thunderbird on a lot of dirt roads and this one will be set up for all-road travel. Paid $1,200 AUD for the lot , im f#ckin stoked.

Does he have others he would want to thin?

Well one of us is just going to have to move closer to the other, mate.

Taken me 3 years to get it out of him .. took Poon (another mate) 7 years to get him to sell him his 55 Thunderbird. Never thought he'd part with any of the bikes he's been squirreling away .. actually he's got a 955 Tiger with a blown head he's getting rid of now that I think of it.
