Talked to Carpenter Racing

Speedfrk If you want max torque from tickover re-enstate inlet plumbing to lengthen inlet tract, keep stock headers with decat/tors.
It is a trade off, big torque low down = less Hp at higher rpm vs big Hp at high rpm with less torque low down, with compromise between
that is a simple fact. A carpenter kit and or Brute exhaust will not give you more torque at tickover but will yield more power as rpm increase.
It's a question of where do you want YOUR power?

Stripes I would expect around 280hp depending on rev limit my guess torque around 230 depending on valve timing & tuning
what fuel pump are you running, 680 injectors ?

WELL what are planning to use the extra power for towing a trailer or ?

Not that I would do it, but wouldn't higher compression pistons with the stock cams just raise the torque curve and not shift it to higher RPMs?
