The good thing about a Rocket is that you don't even have to push the limits in the corners to be fast on a windy road. Very few bikes can match your acceleration out of a corner or in the straights. Trust me, I've tried it.![]()
That is one thing I found super fun about the rocket, even though the beemers were faster around the turn, they could not match off corner drive, which let me reel them in pretty easily on the short straights between turns and keep em fairly close. Actually, the crazy drive off the corners has already caught me out twice and nearly made me dump it because it is so foreign to me still, and it so smooth compared to the sportbike corner exit drive.
First thing on the list of mods is Avon tires. I already know after the engine break in, I'm gona need more grip
