I did a quick site search and did not come across this fairing being discussed. They are made by HRC Concepts out of Canada:

Nice alternative to the Corbin at half the price. It includes appointments for a stereo set up.

I looked at those a while back...certainly more options at a cheaper price, but the lines don't flow with the R3R. Just makes it look like another Harley.
