R3 Touring Auxiliary Power Socket

The OEM Triumph power port socket clips in, at least on mine. Someone might’ve just added an aftermarket socket and hardwired it in.

Regardless, I carry adapters so I can charge several different items.

Nope. The friend I bought the bike from had all of the upgrades done, to include the aux port thingme, done by the local Triumph dealership before he even took it home. It looks to be a stock installation but, no matter......

I also have the ‘09 R3T and can attest that the OEM power socket comes right out. It’s easily replaceable.
