Since you be Egyptian and loaded with money and wives, go with the Roadster.
Put the Corbin bags and fairing on.
TORS exhaust with triple K&Ns and the R3R_slip.hex tune.
Go with the Utopia back rest.
The floor boards will take some design and fabrication work as nothing bolt on is available for the Roadster.

Welcome from now winter free Alberta Canada. Get the Roadster and dress her up to suite your needs! I can't wait to come back to Dubai for another visit.
All the best

I actually called Triumph UK (the head office) and they concurred with what he says.... the ones for sale around the world (2014s) are what has been already built. No more of them will be built.

regarding the HP and speed, why is there such a big difference? I figure the extra 20-30 KGs (or 40-60 LBs) won't make such a difference, or the engines are not the same on both ???
Is what he say's true? NO MORE TOURING'S OR NO MORE ROCKETS??? 2014 And Its over?

Croft,

You looked with one Eye.:cautious:,......what about the 55mm dresbars and extra foglichts on the Radiator Cover...., the D&D-s, Trunk, Corbin saddle.....;)

Haha, much of that was over the top for me, though the really huge dresser bars look pretty good. Trunks etc, naah, I do well with a Kuryakyn Grantour bag. I have been toying with the idea of putting on some Clearwater LED lights but we'll see.

I've seen some conflicting reports (someone said their dealer was taking 2015 orders) but others claim that they've talked to the factory and gotten confirmation that the R3T is out. I guess time will tell.

Ya know I read the forum quite a bit, I hadn't heard the Touring"s may be ended. Seems I just bought another bike not made anymore. (Other being Valkyrie's)

I talked with Triumph North America yesterday about the best way to lift a Rocket and I asked if the Touring was being discontinued and the guy said he had not heard that it was.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome.

I approached the dealer yesterday ...... apparently the rider backrest is obsolete, and there are no floorboards.

Thanks. I definitely know that a SE Super Tuner would never work on another brand :) ..... I meant something similar (or the equivalent to it in the Triumph world) .....

I spoke to a dealer on Thursday about the riders backrest and seat.
New part number for the backrest: A9708160 @ $299 AUD
and the longhaul seat to go with it: T2305357 @ $495 AUD
