Preds Install with PC3...

It's the Tailgunner exhaust, from the same guys that make the Gatling gun revolving exhaust you might have seen on OCC.

I saw it, asked Sam if he thought he could make it work. I ordered one sent it to him and after the Maestro perused it, he deemed it worthy of being welded to his pipes.

One caveat, IT IS LOUD. I went from TORs to this and find it obnoxious. I hope through tuning and possible mods to quiet it down some, but be warned. As there are NO internal baffles or discs, save for the end turbine plate and the steel bracket it bolts to, there is serious noise generated.

Here are links to video of the Tors, bare manifold, no manifold and the Preds for comparison:

Old Stuff?

BinDer,

So what are your plans for the old exhaust you took off? I am setting up a powdercoating operation (small time in my garage) and I need some stuff to practice on. Would be nice to have some parts powdercoated black that other captains who are going black could exchange out..

Oh man ... that "no manifold" video is hilarious. I'm thinking it sounds like a flying saucer that has transitioned from sky to underwater and is now submarining and looking for dolphins.

I have an active imagination.

Re: Old Stuff?

Actually I've put the heat shields back on and reassembled the manifold so I can hang it on a wall of my den or shop. Want to run some low voltage led lights behind the pipes and use it as a wall art. I may also include the 3 stock pipes on teh wall and put "flicker flame" style bulbs in the ends.

This way I have cool bike art on the wall AND retain the option to go back to stock set-up at a later date. Heck I think I would remove my Preds and sell them separate if I ever got rid of my bike.

Welcome to the forum, but as far as Preds go, I think you have probably missed the boat - see

At least that thread has Sams e-mail address - you could contact him on that , you never know - might get lucky.
