Plenum wanted

if you still have the grey plastic plenum - I's try a bit on there too. I will be once I've made the new MK2 filter-plenum.

Just waiting for some filter foam now. I ordered about 6 times what I really need - just in case.

However a little birdie tells me there may be some VERY good news from the UK soon-ish, more-or-less, maybe. I foresee a load of K&N's going into rubbish bins.

I need to tell you, I can't believe what a difference the Dynamat made. The engine is a lot more quite and lost the tinny sound coming from the engine. WOW good call!

I'm running a K&N in the stock position under the seat with TOR's.
However I must admit, almost finished a redesigned air intake from a Rocket plenum I've been working on in my laboratory.
If only I had a Rocket Scientist to help it would be completed.

I have no sucking noise - not that the sound of the triples particularly bothered me in any case.

Can, That looks great! Is it a homebuilt? That's similar to what I was looking for before I did my K&Ns, but now I've got them on there, not sure I'll ever change.

The only part of the K&Ns I don't like is the cleaning I love the induction sound from the large filters and I've found it balances the exhaust noise perfectly for my taste. Not sure which one is louder when the throttle is whipped wide open?!! But I feel like I'm back in the jet, when I'm sitting on the beast!

Filter Socks! I have them on my K&N's - keeps a lot of the dust at bay - as well as water.

What about gaffer tape .. reckon that would work. Wore my 'you beaut' top of the line Arai the other day ( trying to encourage Catherine to wear the Shoei fullface I just bought for her) induction noise was even worse with the fullface on

These stop noise coming up through the 'ole you puts yer 'ead in.

Blimey, that surprises me.

I use an open face with flip up visor and found the intake noise was much louder with the visor up. I can only think that the visor in that position is deflecting the sound backwards into the helmet.

Would have expected a full face to be quieter.
