Pcv/auto tune decel popping

I have downloaded a map and the afr tables a kind member sent me. I am still experiencing popping around 1700-2500rpms on the decel. I am a idiot when it comes to playing with the tables. The guy from power commander tech support in NV told me to tweak the fuel tables. He told to change the values at the 0% position starting at 1500rpms all the way to 7000rpms. He told me to input 30. Then in the 2% position he had me change them to 30 from the 4500rpm level all the way down to 7000rpm. This did not work. Any thoughts on what I can do do help with the popping? Any advice is greatly appreciated. I am calling to schedule a dyno tomorrow.

More info may help, type of mods to engine, May be lean detonation. so more fuel may help . 0 TP may require a lot more fuel, Dyno would be best if you don't no much about tuning .You could set up a laptop on your bike to monitor the A/F if you dont have a A/F monitor, one should always take small steps and take care when messing with tuning your engine.

In the PCV software do you have the auto tune turned on? While the bike is running and in neutral and still connected to your laptop, if you roll the throttle past 1,500 rpm, does the auto tune light in the software illuminate and bring the target AFR to 12.5 or whatever you've got it set to?

Reason for asking, when I installed mine last fall, I took it out for a spin and still had decell popping. When I got back to my house I realized I hadn't enabled the auto tune in the software.

- I have the triple k&n's and the jardines with one baffle pulled.

- I had the tech from dynojet make sure the auto tuner was working via his computer. I even have accepted the trims. I am just not sure of what I should change the number's to in the 0% column to eliminate the popping?

How did you change the map in the ecu, tuneboy,tuneecu.
the problem may well be in the L tables

Who are you planning on calling for a dyno? I went to cycle stop and was told they are not a fan of power commander, and if I wanted to throw my money away they would try to get the decel popping out of the bike but they could not promise they would not blow out my exhaust....
I am going to try Canandaigua and see what they have to say. I was not impressed with what they told me at Cycle Stop.

It is easier to remove the popping if you change the L tables By means of the map in the ecu. this can be done with Tune boy or Tuneecu. i found Power commander not to work as well for this .IMO

Bonecarver - I called total cycle and they have lots of experience with the pcv. I will keep you posted as I am taking it in to them this Tuesday.

I thought the PCV with auto tune is supposed to take care of all of that??
