Oil Filter Size Question

Assuming all the aftermarket filters fit,
Look at the height of the Triumph original filter box.
The others are longer, shorter, or the same,
so the chrome cover that slips on the oil filter will not completely cover the Purolator filter

I’ll never understand the rationale for saving a couple of bucks on a $20 oil filter, especially on a brand new $30,000 bike with a 16,000km service interval.

100% agree, spend the extra $$ on a quality filter. To me, the quality of the filter is slightly more important than the oil. Not to get into an oil debate, but the major brands of high quality synthetics are all pretty much the same these days.

There is nothing wrong with any of those filters pictured. In my opinion, Purolator is the best in the business, run them on all my cars and truck. I've also used the hiflo filtro filters on both my previous Rockets with great results. I'm running one on my Honda ST1300 now.
