Oil Filler Cap??

Agreed, the oil filler cap is flimsy, the radiator cap is even worse, as you said, you would expect something better on these expensive bikes. Had to bite the bullet last night, ordered a new cap from World of Triumph, £32.82, postage £4.99. I have some thin cables designed to secure action cameras in case they come adrift from their mountings, so I'll be securing both of these caps asap. Sod's law dictates and knowing my luck, if I don't, I'm bound to lose them both lol ...

It's a weird thing, bought a new cap from World of Triumph, £37 quid, got it Monday. Driving up today in the car to post some parcels about 3 miles away, noticed something shiny on the road, my oil cap. Looks like it's been run over a few times, but sanded it up and looks OK. What's the chances??? So anyway, keeping the new one as a spare and did the following mods to the original one. I'll do the same thing to the radiator cap, that's bound to go next.
