Now owing Rocket 3, how do you tolerate other bikes? What would your next bike be?

I bought my Rocket 3 GT Evel Knievel edition back in March of this year. I haven't ridden my 2020 CVO Limited since. I feel the power the Rocket has off the showroom floor is what a Harley touring bike should have as well. My Harley pales in comparison to my Rocket. Everything is better. The only things my Rocket doesn't have is my stereo and the storage my CVO has. Other than that. I love my Rocket and I might sell the CVO.

Thats how it seems to me. Brembo brakes and a better suspension. Lighter with more power. Why would you want a Harley over the R3......On another note, .....Does anybody have,or had, a KTM 1290? Wondering how you think it compares to the rocket. I mean I can imagine, but I'm wondering how much the extra torque overcomes the extra weight when twisting it. Of course the KTM is gonna be more nimble and handle better. Just wondering about acceleration.

My buddy has one of those KTM bikes and he needs to keep the rpm up in a lower gear to ride the curves with me. The Rocket will win in a race till over 100 then the high rpm hp of the KTM has an edge.

Being one of the lucky few with that absurd low-end torque, how do you tolerate bikes?
Is there any bike out there that could actually eclipse the Rocket in your eyes, what will be your next bike?
Well my 2020 GT was getting long in the tooth so I bought a Harley Ultra CVO and It just was not for me. Then bought a K1600GT BMW and again, just not for me. Now sitting in my garage is the 2020 along with a new 25 Storm. That one is not going back. Sometimes I need to be clubbed over the head, but I learned.

2023 R3 GT. Only my second MC; what a beautifully performing beast. Perfect for our rural country roads and interstate (big western state). With decent technique, amazing how well the big bike handles.

Have/love my ‘23 Bonneville Bobber, but going to sell and replace with either/both a scrambler for work commute/rural/maintained forest roads, and a Tiger 900 for backcountry exploring, camping.

Hi
I'm perfectly content and happy with my Rocket 3R Black. It's an everyday commute ride for me. At the moment I wouldn't change it for another bike now that it has been tuned. The suspension has been dialled in correctly to suit my needs . Up from 167 HP to 205HP. Torque up from 221nms to 280nms and with the upgraded air filter, custom exhaust system and tail tidy. It's so sweet and smooth low down to midrange and much more powerful. If I had to get another I would go the other way and get a Honda SP2 VTR1000. That's another dream bike.

If I got clubbed in the head every time I needed it my brains would have poured out years ago. My Rockets aren’t going anywhere.
