Those HP and torque #s do not appear to be much more than about 10-15% gains over stock (at the rear wheel) Wannbe and Hoppa.

Nothing to sneeze at, but I guess if you want to make big power gains it will require greater cash injections?

That is correct , but my bike makes about the same torque as one with ces headers and close to the same as with carpenter pipes. And I spent 70 bucks and a few days in the shed. Admittedly the hp is lower, but it is still running 2 pipes by design. I just don't see the need to spend the extra $ unless going for 200 hp or more. I'm happy for now and will ceramic coat the exhaust system and be done for less than a set of tors.

Your peak HP should be at about 6000 rpm. The torque drops off sharply above 5500 rpm. It should be about 120 ft lbs at 6000 rpm if you draw a line from 4500 rpm to 6000 rpm. See the dyno chart below. Your peak torque is really good but I think you can do better at the high end. Do you know if the tuner did anything to the timing? That could affect it. What was the tune you had in the bike to begin with? Can you send your final tune, assuming you can read it with TuneECU.

The result isn't bad, don't compare different dyno results as absolutes. Most stock header runs I've seen taper quickly up top like that.

As long as throttle response is crisp and smooth, nothing wrong with those results.

The big difference with other headers isn't so much the peak torque but the vastly increased duration of it. My Last dyno had 144lbft at 2600rpm, peaked at 149, and held out over 140 to 5800 where the motor went way lean ( like 15.5:1)and power fell off a cliff as a result (similar to your).

Good torque result, Got 141 ft-Ibs out of mine with Ramair and Tors. 132 Hp also.

Just FYI -
With TORs and trip K&N RU2780s mine was 150 HP and 151 TQ in 2012.
Changing to the CES, without PCV+AT, (same air, dyno and tuner) took me to 158 HP & 157 TQ.

The trick is not trying to spend the least amount money that never gets you max performance the Idea is to make max power and performance with a stock engine with a more efficient Exhaust system , air intake and Dyno tune
