The result isn't bad, don't compare different dyno results as absolutes. Most stock header runs I've seen taper quickly up top like that.
As long as throttle response is crisp and smooth, nothing wrong with those results.
The big difference with other headers isn't so much the peak torque but the vastly increased duration of it. My Last dyno had 144lbft at 2600rpm, peaked at 149, and held out over 140 to 5800 where the motor went way lean ( like 15.5:1)and power fell off a cliff as a result (similar to your).
