So, my continued saga of poor electric capacity has driven me to a third battery. This one is from Battery Tender and is a lithium fellow rated at 480 LCAs, not CCAs.
My 310 CCA Vatra left me stranded at work Friday when Temps were just a few degrees below freezing. Had to get a coworker jump start it after I unsuccessfully tried rolling starts twice. (I left it at the bottom of the hill after the second try. Pushing Brahma up a hill is a once a day endeavor).
Anyway, another cool feature to the BT battery is it has an extra set of terminals thus I can hook the accessory cables separate from the bike leads.
I used the supplied spacers with the battery as lithium takes up less space.
I'll let you know how this one works over the winter...
