I liked my XLH 1200 Sportster a lot. Perfect stater bike for me. Slim, pretty and just enough power. Good sound once I drilled the baffles out. 1990's ahhh good days those were. Still keep it's small peanut tank as decoration. Perhaps if they place this new engine in a Sporty I'll add a Harley to the stable.

We are not surprised. You never have anything nice to say about v-twins or H-D's.
WELL you can do the cheering for the HDs I think they have nice paint but like in said before you must have a great engine to have a great bike and the new 107 is not great just another mediocre V twin

I liked my 1961 XLCH sporty back then but wasnt much out there then

The Rocket puts out more heat than the water cooled Ultra, the only difference is that the Rocket stays together and the Ultra has to have a chase vehicle picking up parts falling, at 2 months old the Ultra had to have the clutch replaced, at my cost, the shocks replaced under warranty, the auxiliary lights repaired and the info center repaired,,,,,almost forgot, the shifter fell apart and i had to put it back together in the middle of nowhere and the tools they give you are as good as a pile of bricks because nothing fits that nut:mad:
I never found the ROCKET to be that hot it never bothered me I have been on much hotter bikes the heat is worse on the Harleys but the lack of power and performance is the worst part of the geezerglides they are so boooooooring and after riding the new one its not any better still a big heavy slow boring ride
