Harley-Davidson’s New Milwaukee-Eight Big Twin Engine

HD has announced a new engine.
Lots of updates including 4 valves per cylinder (8 valve), two plugs, larger throttle bodies, counter balancer, and a claimed 124lbs of torque (flywheel??).

Seems like Polaris might be a good thing for HD fans.

Cool! It's about time they improve on the old design. I like the simplicity of HD. They are fun to work on.

What's wrong with it? How is the engine heat compared to the Rocket?

Stock R3R: 52 hp/l
New H-D 107 engine: 53 hp/l

It's partial water cooled like the new engine in the Bonnies. I saw somewhere (unofficial) that they're planning on a big variant...131ci if I Remer correctly.
